In-Person Sessions

When bookings are made for in-person sessions or any other event or service provided by nJoyArt, payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Private hire

Enquiries for a private event are accepted by email, phone or through the contact page on our website. We will discuss and agree on arrangements and fees with you.

The minimum event fee will be required to secure the booking. This will be subject to the Cancellation, Returns & Refunds policy further in this document.

We reserve the right to refuse any event booking without reason.

Age Restrictions

Unless otherwise specified our events are developed and intended for adults aged 18+

However, we are happy to welcome families and younger guests that have a desire to take part, on the understanding that they are supervised and can behave appropriately.

nJoyArt events that are aimed at younger audiences are subject to the same conditions:

  • Younger guests aged less than 18 years (minors) must be accompanied by an adult. They are wholly and completely the responsibility of the accompanying adult, who must be in attendance for the duration of the event and ensure they, and their charge, behave in a manner suitable for the environment and activities being undertaken.
  • We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for minors attending our events, or for any exposure to content or environments considered inappropriate to their age.

We do our best to accommodate all individuals. However, we reserve the right to exclude anyone if their behaviour is disruptive or unacceptable for any reason. Our decision on exclusions is final.
