Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is nJoyArt, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of nJoyArt may not enter.

The main Golden Canvas prize is open only to entrants who have not previously attended or experienced an nJoyArt event.

Previous nJoyArt guests may still enter and will be eligible for runner-up prizes.

3. How to enter

Entry is free. No purchase or payment details are required.

To enter, entrants must complete the Golden Canvas Draw entry form and accept these terms before the closing date.

Only one entry is allowed per person per draw. Duplicate entries may be removed.

4. Opening and closing dates

The draw opens on 1st June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on the date shown on the entry form.

Entries received after the closing date may not be included.

5. The main prize

One main-prize winner will receive 6 months of nJoyArt’s Golden Canvas subscription.

This means one nJoyArt session gift code will be issued each month for 6 consecutive months. Each code is redeemable for one standard public nJoyArt session place.

Each gift code is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

Codes may be used by the winner or gifted to someone else.

The prize applies to standard public nJoyArt sessions only. It does not apply to private parties, corporate events, exotic events, special events, travel, food, drink or any other costs unless nJoyArt confirms otherwise in writing.

6. Runner-up prizes

All valid entrants who do not win the main prize may receive a runner-up prize or offer.

Runner-up prizes will be confirmed by nJoyArt and may be subject to their own expiry dates, usage limits and availability.

7. Winner selection

The main winner will be selected at random from all valid main-prize-eligible entries.

The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

nJoyArt may check eligibility before awarding the main prize. If the selected winner is not eligible, does not respond, or cannot accept the prize, nJoyArt may select another winner.

8. Winner notification

The main winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, nJoyArt may redraw the prize.

9. No cash alternative

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

nJoyArt may substitute a prize with a reasonable alternative if necessary.

10. Data and marketing

nJoyArt will use entrant details to administer the draw, contact winners and issue prizes.

nJoyArt will only send marketing emails where the entrant has separately opted in to receive them. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Publicity

nJoyArt may publish or share limited winner information, such as first name and town, unless the winner objects.

12. General

nJoyArt may refuse or remove entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or otherwise breach these terms.

nJoyArt’s decision on the draw is final.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
